Delivery Information

Important

Please note that we are unable to change an item after it has been entered into production.

Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to check the access to their property and ensure that the item will fit through all doorways, stairwells, and within the area of intended use.  Our delivery service will be one person so please make sure if you have ordered something heavy or large in size that a suitable amount of persons are there to receive.  They will not carry glass up stairs or into bedrooms and bathrooms on first floor level or above, ground floor only.

Phoenix Glass Services Ltd shall have no liability whatsoever for any damages or losses arising direcetly or indirectly as a result of failed delivery.

We do not deliver outside the UK.

Standard UK Delivery Only

Standard one man delivery for fragile items to your front door.  The typical delivery window is 10-14 business working days from the day the order is despatched. No assembly or unpacking is included with this service. We only deliver to England, Wales and Southern Scotland.

Buying products that are already manufactured will take less delivery time an email will confirm date and time.

In-Store Collection

In-Store collection is free and gives you the option of collecting from the workshop in Northampton should you wish to do so.(perhaps we could give them this option when purchasing)

Delivery

Your order will be delivered to you at the delivery address you supply to us at the time you make your order. Phoenix Glass services Ltd will their utmost to deliver all orders within the lead times given, however, these cannot be guaranteed.  Special orders items may take longer to deliver.   Please note it may not be possible for us to deliver to some locations so if you feel this may be a problem, then please call for further assistance. A signature is required for all Royal mail Recorded Delivery, own transport and Courier deliveries. Please beware that the goods are the customers responsibility from the point that we attempt to deliver to them and the customer must accept the goods when they are ready to be delivered.

Where a customer does not comply with our attempts to deliver the goods, the goods will be returned to site for new arrangements of delivery where all costs will charged to the customer.
